While looking for a good CPU, there are a couple of things to look out for. To run a demanding game like PUBG at a comfortable frame rate, you need at least a quad-core processor, which is why you should also look for a high clock speed of over 3.5 GHz.
Additional cores might help if you’re using your CPU for anything other than gaming, such as streaming while you’re playing. A CPU with multiple cores can outperform workloads that a single-core CPU may struggle with, even one with a high clock speed.
If you just want a quantitative idea of the performance of the CPU in your choice of laptop, you can also consider looking at gaming benchmarks for that processor.

Fortnite has received regular updates from the developers, and as the graphic card industry has progressed, so has Fortnite. It has implemented features like Ray-Tracing and DLSS. PUBG also benefits from using an RTX GPU, as it does support DLSS.
However, if you want to explore your options more freely, you should ideally be looking for a GPU with at least 4GBs of VRAM. It is enough to run Fortnite and PUBG at a high setting on a 1080p resolution.
RAM
A good amount of RAM might make the difference between a smooth gaming performing machine and a laggy mess that you won’t enjoy playing on. Most AAA games will be able to run on 8GBs of RAM on low to medium settings. However, once you start to go to higher graphic settings, you may need more system memory.

Latency is another important factor that can give you an advantage over your opponent. To put it simply, it refers to the time between the rendering process and the visual output you get on your screen.
