Although the game can be still be played on Windows 7, this operating system is not updated anymore. Without a doubt, Windows 10 has its own set of flaws but it performs better. 

When it comes to the CPU, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5. This is exactly what the best laptops for PUBG and Fortnite come with as it gives you ample power to run other games and programs as well.
